It's that time in my life when there needs to be changes. I know that I'm not getting any younger and I need to slow down a little when it comes to partying like a rockstar. Hangovers never used to happen, then they were for a couple hours in the morning. Monday I had one that lasted all day!
I've been reassessing my life as of late I feel like I take two steps back for every step I take forward.
I haven't played volleyball in so long I don't think I could anymore. I haven't been to the gym in months. I haven't even ridden my bike in over a year.
I feel like an old man when I get up my joints ache, as I hobble around to get ready for work in the morning. I've had a chest cold now for over a month. That doesn't seem to be going any where.
It's like I went to bed in my early thirties and woke up in my sixties.
Things have got to change!
